Samples available at regular price + shipping ($45-65 per disc depending on specification). Sample fee is 100% credited toward first production order (MOQ 50+ units). Express shipping typically $40-60 worldwide (3-5 days via DHL).
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Factory tours available by appointment in Xi'an, China. We welcome quality audits and encourage in-person meetings before establishing long-term partnerships. Contact us to schedule.
Do you offer consignment inventory?
Tier 4 Enterprise partners (2000+ units/year) can qualify for consignment inventory programs. ValidTi maintains stock at our warehouse; you draw down as needed with Net 60 payment terms.
What quality documentation do you provide?
Every shipment includes: Material Test Report (EN 10204 3.1), Certificate of Analysis (CoA), ISO 13485 certificate, FDA registration proof, and REACH/RoHS declarations. Lot-specific documentation available via online traceability portal.
Can you manufacture custom specifications?
